2. What data do we process?
Data you provide through the quote form or by email: name, email address, phone number (optional), the content of your message, details of the requested service, and any documents you attach – which may contain personal data, including special categories of data (e.g. health data).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to answer your request, prepare a quote and – if you place an order – perform the contract. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of the contract). Billing data is retained under accounting law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Special categories of data are processed only with your explicit consent and solely to perform the service ordered.
4. Retention
If no order is placed, request data and documents are kept for a maximum of 1 year and then deleted. If you place an order, data is kept for as long as necessary to perform the contract, and accounting records for the period required by law (8 years).

6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, contains no tracking code and loads no external fonts or third-party scripts. The hosting provider may keep technical logs (e.g. IP address, time) for secure operation.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, and to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing; you may object to processing and exercise your right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Send your request to info@abc-office.eu.
8. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, www.naih.hu) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence, or go to court.
