When is embassy legalization needed?
If the destination country does not accept the apostille, a document authenticated by the Hungarian authorities must also be legalized by that country's mission. Some countries require this for commercial documents too – export invoices, certificates of origin, product registrations.
Legalization of commercial documents
For exporters, we handle the entire process from chamber-of-commerce certification to embassy legalization, and prepare translations where required. For regular shipments we offer framework agreements.
Foreign documents for use in Hungary
If you need to use a document issued abroad in Hungary, we arrange – through our international network – the authentication in the issuing country and, where required, legalization by the Hungarian mission there.
